Lumio is a Discord bot that provides various features including but not limited to:

- Utility commands and features

Acceptable Use
- Use the bot in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
- Respect copyright laws when using music features
- Do not attempt to exploit, hack, or abuse the bot's functionality

- Respect rate limits and do not spam commands
Server Administration
- Server administrators are responsible for bot usage in their servers

You may not use Lumio to:
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Harass, threaten, or harm other users
- Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful content
- Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the bot
- Use automated scripts or bots to interact with Lumio
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user data

Uptime and Maintenance
While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The bot may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes when possible.
Music and Media
When using music features, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to play the requested content. We do not host or store copyrighted material and act only as a conduit to publicly available content.
User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit through bot commands. However, you grant us a limited license to process and display such content as necessary for bot functionality.
Our collection and use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Lumio, you also agree to our Privacy Policy. We collect minimal data necessary for bot operation and do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.
By You
You may stop using Lumio at any time by removing the bot from your Discord server or ceasing to use its commands.
By Us
We may terminate or suspend your access to Lumio immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities. We may also terminate the service entirely with reasonable notice.
Service Disclaimer
Lumio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of Lumio.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of Lumio, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, when appropriate, through other communication channels. Continued use of Lumio after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Lumio shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of appropriate jurisdiction.
